AWS announced that the Resilience Hub console now works with an AWS DevOps Agent. When a resilience test runs, the agent watches the test and returns a structured report showing symptoms, root cause and recovery actions. Teams can also start the agent on demand from a failure‑mode finding, with the context already loaded, to ask questions and build mitigation steps.

## The facts

- Announcement date: 2026-10-15 ("Thu Oct 15 2026 09:00:00 GMT+0200")
- The feature is available in 15 AWS Regions, including US East (N. Virginia) and Europe (Ireland)

## Why it matters

Site reliability engineers can get automatic, detailed analysis of outages, speeding up root‑cause investigation and remediation.
