GFT Technologies released a new survey on AI adoption. It surveyed 945 chief information officers and chief technology officers from companies with over $500 million in annual revenue across 19 countries. The study found that 84 % of respondents stopped AI projects because legacy systems limited what they could do. The survey was conducted from August 11‑31, 2026.
Old IT setups are the biggest roadblock to companies getting value from AI.
