About Oossa

Oossa explains the news about artificial intelligence in plain language – short, concrete and without hype – in 16 languages.

Technology is changing fast, and most coverage is written either for engineers or as breathless hype. Oossa is for everyone in between: people who want to understand what actually happened, why it matters and where the facts come from – in a few minutes, in their own language.

How Oossa works

Every hour we follow around 200 sources: announcements from research labs and technology companies, official changelogs, new models on Hugging Face and GitHub, research papers and the technology press.

Each story is weighed by how much it matters to ordinary readers. The biggest stories become top stories, clearly important news becomes an article, and smaller but real news becomes a short note. Everything else is left out.

Every article is written in plain English with a fact box and a short explanation of why it matters, and published in 15 more languages. When several sources report the same story, they are all listed under the article.

Our principles

We only state what the sources support, and we say who is making a claim. We prefer concrete numbers, names and dates over adjectives, and we avoid hype – in both directions.

Every article links to its original sources, so you can always check the facts yourself.

Corrections and contact

Oossa's articles are produced with AI-assisted tools and always link to their original sources. Found an error, a broken link or a source we should add? Write to hello@oossa.com – we correct mistakes as quickly as we can.
