Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. announced it has signed definitive agreements with FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. to combine Faraday Future’s full robotics ecosystem business. The deal values the robotics unit at roughly $200 million and offers $2.246 per share, about a 50 percent premium. The transaction moves the robotics assets under the FF EAI umbrella. Faraday Future said the agreement will strengthen its embodied AI ecosystem.
