NVIDIA says Hogwarts Legacy has received a DLSS 5 update on GeForce NOW, adding lifelike lighting and material detail while keeping the game’s existing geometry and textures. The game streams from Steam, Epic Games and Xbox, with Xbox Play Anywhere support.

GeForce NOW Ultimate members can access the update with RTX 5080-class performance, according to NVIDIA. The cloud service also supports the game’s DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction features; NVIDIA says players can adjust settings through DLSS 4.5 controls.

Why it matters

Players who already own Hogwarts Legacy on a supported store can try its new lighting features through GeForce NOW; access to RTX 5080-class performance requires an Ultimate membership.
