Microsoft has launched Microsoft-Decision-1, a decision‑scoring model designed for routing, classification, verification and agent control. The model returns a calibrated probability for each fixed answer instead of free‑form text. It was post‑trained from Alibaba’s Qwen3.5‑9B model. Microsoft-Decision-1 can be accessed today through Microsoft Foundry and OpenRouter.
