At OpenAI DevDay, the company unveiled the Decisions API, a low‑latency model for real‑time tool calling, and GPT‑6.1 Sol, a new model that costs about one‑fifth as much as the previous Astra model for Computer Use tasks. Both are now in limited preview for developers building agents that can control software on a computer.
