Oossa · About Oossa
Outmarket has raised $34.5 million in a Series B led by SignalFire, the startup announced. Founded in 2023 by former Ethos product leader Vishal Sankhla, it uses AI to automate paperwork and other administrative tasks for commercial insurance agencies and brokers.
The company says more than 300 agencies use its product, including a quarter of the 100 largest agencies. The new funding follows a $17 million Series A in May; a person familiar with the investment put Outmarket’s valuation at $335 million.
Why it matters
The funding backs efforts to reduce the paperwork burden in a commercial insurance market where brokers still handle complex, tailored policies.
