Uvi, a startup that builds a “context reasoning layer” for AI agents, announced a $7.5 million seed round on Oct 14 2026. The money came mainly from CT Innovations, with participation from Cardumen, Mana VC and 91 Ventures. Uvi says its layer lets agents reuse a company’s own knowledge graph, dropping response costs from $0.75‑$1.41 to about $0.10‑$0.16 and answering open‑ended queries up to 46 times cheaper and twice as fast. Early customers include Monday.com, Lemonade and Melio.

Why it matters

Enterprises can lower AI operating expenses dramatically, making large‑scale agent deployments financially viable.
