OpenRouter announced that the Flint model from Recursive is now listed on its platform. Flint is a mixture‑of‑experts model with about 2.5 billion active parameters out of a total 40 billion, built by Recursive’s Eureka Machine system for coding agents. The model can handle up to 262 144 tokens in a single request. It is offered at no cost to users.
Why it matters
Developers can try a large coding‑focused model for free, lowering the cost of experimenting with AI‑assisted programming.
