TypeSafe announced a new product line called “Series AI” and, according to a leak from Sequoia, the company reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in its first week of sales. The same source said the firm is now valued at about $7.5 billion, three weeks after the launch. The Jev API, which many vendors have copied, is being positioned as the benchmark for the emerging “decision model” category.

Why it matters

Enterprise buyers now have a high‑valued, fast‑growing option for decision‑type AI services, which could shift spending from general‑purpose LLMs to specialized APIs.
