Verda and Compal Electronics announced an expanded partnership at GTC Berlin 2026. The deal pairs Verda's AI cloud services with Compal's global manufacturing, including new capacity in Daxi, Taiwan and the United States. The companies will showcase the SGX30-2 server, built on NVIDIA HGX B300 and equipped with eight Blackwell Ultra GPUs. Verda says the collaboration will let it add AI capacity faster and closer to customers in Europe, the US and Asia.

Developers will get AI cloud resources more quickly as Verda can deploy new servers nearer to their workloads.
