Instinct, a San Francisco‑based developer of personal AI assistants for everyday tasks, announced a $1 billion Series C funding round. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, Benchmark and Coatue, and set the company’s valuation at $10 billion. The funding places Instinct at the top of the week’s biggest U.S. venture deals, which were largely AI‑focused.
Why it matters
The capital gives Instinct resources to expand its AI assistant services, potentially reaching more consumers with automated task help.
