Omnissa announced three new AI agents for IT admins, a cloud‑based desktop service and an AI‑governance product called Elara. The agents can troubleshoot user problems, automate app packaging and rank security patches, all while keeping a human in the loop. The Cloud PC, hosted first on AWS, bundles compute with Omnissa’s endpoint‑management tools. Elara gathers data from separate systems so IT leaders can see and control AI activity before it affects business.
