Samsung Electro-Mechanics announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA. The companies will jointly invest to expand dedicated ABF substrate production lines at Samsung sites in Sejong and Busan. Samsung will begin delivering the advanced substrates to NVIDIA in 2026 under a multi‑year supply agreement. The partnership aims to reduce bottlenecks in the AI semiconductor supply chain and support high‑speed networking gear for data centers.

Why it matters

A steadier flow of high‑performance substrates could help NVIDIA keep up with growing demand for AI chips in data centers.
