Kore.ai announced Autoloop, an optimization engine that keeps AI agents tuned after they go live. Companies set targets such as task completion, rule adherence and cost, and Autoloop automatically adjusts the agents to hit those goals. The engine works on the Kore.ai Agent Platform’s Artemis edition, which launched in May, and is offered to all existing customers. The company says Autoloop reduces the need for manual patching, which currently fixes failures one at a time.
