Automation Anywhere Inc. said on Oct 8, 2026 it will acquire Boost.ai Inc., a voice‑focused conversational AI firm. The deal aims to let the combined company offer voice agents that can handle customer and employee requests across regulated sectors. Boost.ai currently runs more than 600 live AI agents in over 650 deployments and supports 36 languages. The acquisition follows Automation Anywhere’s purchase of Aisera in late 2025.
Why it matters
Enterprises in finance, telecom and insurance will soon be able to add voice‑AI assistants to their existing automation tools, potentially reducing the need for human call‑center operators.
