Admins can now store up to 20,000 values per table and let business users edit reference data without IT help.

Amazon Connect announced that its data‑table feature now supports up to 20,000 rows per table. This lets administrators keep reference data such as operating hours, escalation rules, AI prompts, or queue assignments directly in the system. Users can export, edit hundreds of records at once, move tables between instances, or load data from Excel or DynamoDB. Business teams can update the tables themselves, avoiding a ticket to technical staff.

Why it matters

It speeds up contact‑center adjustments and reduces reliance on IT for routine configuration changes.
